The Vinyl Clamping Channel (VCC) provides a hygienic and durable solution for linear strip drainage in vinyl floors. It's ideal for commercial kitchens, public facilities and food/beverage production areas such as hospitals, hotels, restaurants, age care facilities and educational environments.
The clamping system mechanically secures the vinyl membrane, and the grate is fully removable for maintenance without disturbing the vinyl flooring. It's designed for standard 2 mm-thick vinyl, and made from 304-grade stainless steel.
The channel comes with an option of three grates. The 316-grade stainless steel wedge wire grate offers an R11/P2 slip resistance (AS4586), making it the perfect choice for facilities with fast-paced foot traffic, such as restaurant kitchens, or mobility-impaired residents. It has a 56% open area, providing excellent hydraulic performance. Grate openings of 5 mm × 20 mm mean the channel is heel proof – for scenarios where service staff or children might be present.
The Vinyl Clamping Channel comes with a double strainer basket, one fixed and one removable, connected with stainless steel cable. This adaptable vinyl floor drainage channel is available off the shelf in 1 m lengths with centre outlets, or can be customized to suit specific applications.
