“Curtain of Light” makes Eurostar BCA 3.6 compliant

Master Lifts can now supply a low-rise lift that complies with BCA 3.6 as well as the Lift Code. Offering lift travel of up to 1,250 mm, Eurostar has all the features you require – 1,100 mm × 1,400 mm car, two handrails, Braille and tactile buttons, plus an electronic “curtain of light” that immediately stops the lift if it’s breached in any way.

Eurostar is fully automatic. One momentary touch of a button does it all – lowers the ramp, raises the ramp, elevates the lift, opens the gate and closes the gate. Then, another touch and the process reverses.
