The company’s headquarters are in Germany. In addition, Kömmerling profiles are extruded in five other plants, and the products are available through sales offices on all continents. Kömmerling’s quality-control systems have been certified – for example, by NATA Australian Standards, the British Standards and the German Technical Inspectorate. Kömmerling’s windows are tested to AS 2047 and to the thermal performance WERS (NFRC Rating). A U-value between W/m² K 2.50 and 1.98 is possible.

All window and door profiles from Kömmerling are a shining example of ecological compatibility. Since 2001, all Kömmerling PVC-U profiles have been produced exclusively with calcium-zinc instead of lead. Calcium-zinc is a new type of stabilizer that makes PVC-U profiles more resistant to weathering.
