Environmentally friendly anti slip coating rejuvenates surface and solves slippery floor issue for large office building

Building maintenance management of this North Sydney based large office building had an issue with slippery external balcony and walking surfaces as well as wanted to upgrade the aesthetical look of the aged tiled areas. The have called on Global Safe NSW to assess the situation and provide them with a cost effective, sustainable and environmentally friendly solution.
After attending the site and discussed the various requirements, the company has provided a complimentary Floor Safety Inspection report to building management together with a quote for the proposed solution. The product chosen was the Floor Tuff Green polyurethane anti slip coating due to its proven hard wearing and long lasting slip resistance which will ensure that the solution will solve the problem for several years. The solution environmental friendliness and fast curing time also were also very important. To cater for the aesthetical appearance, application of the speckle coated versions was suggested, which the client has accepted in their nominated colours. Global Safe NSW has completed the anti slip work to building management and the owners total satisfaction without causing any disruption to the tenants.
Building management was very impressed not only with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the team, but also with the company’s approach providing floor safety solution. The normal warranty is backed up with regular inspections and reporting, which risk management program called the FSMP© is offered by the Global Floor Safety Network members at no additional cost to the client.
The Industry Unique, Floor Safety Maintanence Program (FSMP) will ensure that the floor surface will remain safe for all employees and visitors, now and in the future as well as gives a full compliance with the latest Occupational Health and Safety Code of Practice 2008 which has come into force on the 12th of June 2008.
