|
DTAC will be heading over to the warm temperament of Perth to join in with the Design Build Expo and offering what normally would be an expensive tactile indicator service at no cost. As you might or might not be aware, DTAC are renowned as top of their field in tactile expertise, design and service. Clients have made comments such as “DTAC are piece of mind not only during a project but after completion too”. How often do you here about “Fly by Night” companies that are eager to offer the world including ridiculously low prices and then the minute something goes wrong or a question is needing to be answered they have absconded? DTAC is a company that prides itself with its service, loyalty and longevity.
DTAC have been in the industry now for over 5 years and plan to be here for many many more, hence the need for quality in all areas of the tactile process. DTAC know their product and will continue to do so adapting and moving with expert tactile indicator knowledge as it comes to hand.
DTAC are an Australian company that manufactures the tactile indicators here in Australia. This means that they can hold stock and produce new tactile products easily. They haven’t moved off shore and for a very good reason, “Quality control”. At DTAC they like to oversee each step of the tactile way, from designing the tactiles through to manufacturing and on to installing the tactiles through to recycling them. This means it is DTAC you will be dealing with throughout the whole process and with any issues, questions etc that might arise after completion of the tactiles installation. When you are ready to refurbish or demolish an area DTAC will take back their tactiles free of charge or at a much lower cost reinstall else well. How many tactile companies can say that?
