The LYSAGHT® range of structural products extends from versatile, lightweight, high strength LYSAGHT TOPSPAN® sections to traditional high-strength galvanized Zed and Cee Purlins, innovative, high-performance LYSAGHT® SUPAPURLINS and on to structural steel formwork systems.
For conventional construction challenges, there’s no better range of standard purlins than LYSAGHT® Zed and Cee Purlins, but when design calls for extra performance you can rely on LYSAGHT SUPAZED® and SUPACEE® purlins.
They provide you with the ability to achieve increased purlin spacing and spans and also less requirement for bridging. The innovative design of LYSAGHT SUPAZED® and SUPACEE® purlins incorporates longitudinal web stiffeners, allowing them to span greater distances with ease.
LYSAGHT BONDEK® may be the best known structural steel formwork system in Australia, but it is just one of a suite of three products that continue BlueScope Lysaght’s leadership in the field.
LYSAGHT W-DEK® and LYSAGHT POWERDEK® are specialized products suitable for applications beyond the scope of BONDEK® design parameters.
They are also backed by specialized engineering support and supplied on a project-by-project basis with practical technical assistance to ensure you can maximize their advantages.
LYSAGHT W-DEK® provides outstanding coverage per weight of steel and its 78 mm profile depth combines extra strength with excellent concrete displacement characteristics.
The unique W-shaped profile has been designed specifically for its spanning capability – up to 40 percent more than traditional re-entrant systems. For unpropped spans (up to six metres) and substantially increased load carrying capacities.
LYSAGHT POWERDEK® is available in 100 mm and 120 mm profile depths and 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm and 1.5 mm base-metal thicknesses.
The LYSAGHT POWERDEK® profile is made from zinc-coated (Z450) high-tensile steel for strength and durability and precambered to minimize formwork deflection and provide better appearance for exposed ceilings.
