Economical and quick to install, it comes in pre-cut components to save time and labour costs on site. The strength of steel means that LYSAGHT QUIKAFLOOR® bearers and joists have a large spanning capacity of up to 2.7 metres, so fewer footings are required.

All components are galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, or are made from durable ZINCALUME® steel, for a floor that is termite-, fire- and corrosion-resistant.

The system’s benefits are maximized when it is combined with the innovative LYSAGHT UNI-PIER® adjustable steel piering system, an effective, economical replacement for brick piers, concrete or timber stumps.
