Austact’s range of discrete tactile indicators has been vigorously tested. Austact offers total installation services and a superior product range with advantages in performance and value. Austact has now developed a full polyurethane tactile indicator, which has been added to the current range of bi-metal and stainless steel insert tactiles. The full polyurethane tactile indicator has achieved a slip-resistance rating of R11, as tested by CSIRO.
Austact tactile indicators use marine-grade 316 stainless steel that has been processed to ensure a lifetime of performance. Plastic components are engineered to withstand impact and the environment. All Austact tactile indicators are compliant with the requirements of AS/NZS 1428.4, and can be installed into any substrate, including masonry, carpet, timber, stone and asphalt.
Austact can supply, or supply and install, and can also analyze architectural drawings.
