Uni-TWS® is a lightweight, high-build render, insulating wall cladding system. Where the frame construction is not true and level, Unitex recommend the Uni-TWS® because the system provides a high-build render to compensate for a non-level substrate. Uni-Base Board™ is a lightweight, low-build render, insulating wall cladding system. Both insulating systems provide a cost-effective, lightweight wall cladding designed to suit most building projects.
Designed for both timber and steel framed houses both systems are easily and quickly installed by the on-site carpenters. Then simply finish using an approved Unitex Render and Finish. The time saved on installation means lower on-site labour costs and less time to lock-up stage, when compared to traditional brick or concrete block construction.
When installed correctly and using the specified Unitex products, both Uni-TWS and Uni-Base Board systems will provide a virtually maintenance-free exterior for your building project. Both Uni-TWS and Uni-Base Board are members of the Uni-EIFS™ range of high quality, effective insulating wall cladding systems. |
