| Unitex Base Render Products |
| Hilite Render™ (High build, lightweight) |
This lightweight render is approximately half the weight of conventional renders. It is designed for application over brick, concrete, pre-cast panels, lightweight porous panels and cement blocks. It is trowel or machine-spray applied. |
| HiFibre Render™ (High build, fibre reinforced) |
This product is specifically designed to be applied over the Uni-IB Board (EPS sheet), a component of the Uni-TWS® lightweight external cladding system. It is trowel or machine-spray applied. |
| Redi Render™ |
This polymer-modified, heavier weight render is designed to be applied over new or old brickwork. It is trowel-applied and suitable for a one-coat or two-coat application. |
| Uni-Base Board Render™ |
This product is specially formulated to be a low-build, strongly-adherent render on the pre-coated Uni-Base Board™ lightweight external cladding system. It is trowel or machine-spray applied. |

| Polymer Render (Fibro render) |
This is a highly flexible polymer-modified, thickened acrylic-based render, specifically formulated to apply over FRC sheet and to the Uni-Mesh IM 250 in the Uni-TWS and Uni-Base Board systems. Polymer Render can also be used in other applications where a ready-to-use patching, levelling or filling renderis required. It is trowel applied. |
| Panel Patch™ (4-hour fire rating) |
This base render product is especially designed for those applications requiring high thermal resistance, such as rendering over steel joining plates on tilt-up pre-cast concrete panels. It is trowel applied. |
| Unitex Surface Applied Finishes |
| Uni-Roll Decor™ |
This finish is applied by roller and is ideal over irregular or roughly finished surfaces. It also hides shrinkage cracks with just one coat. Two grades:
Unitex 109 (medium-coarse), & Unitex 110 (heavy). They are roller applied. |
| Uni-Trowel Decor™ |
This applied finish is designed for trowel application; can take hard knocks; and is ideal for heavy-traffic areas and exposed wall areas. Five grades (from coarsest to finest): Unitex 104, 165, 107, 155 and 146. They are trowel applied. |
| Uni-Cote™ (Dry Powders) |
These unique dry powder-based products are a cement-based blend of fine marble, quality-graded mineral and polymeric additives to provide a 100% active product. The products dry on the surface to a 'cement-off-white' colour and the desired topcoat colour is achieved by application of a pigmented Unitex protective membrane. These Uni-Cote products are trowel applied. |

| Uni-PTC™ |
A highly flexible protective topcoat, leaves a matt surface finish, designed to provide a pigmented sealer to the broad wall. It can also can be painted over the decorative Uni-Shape® Mouldings so that the same colour continues over the entire wall. |
| Uni-Flex Membrane™ |
A highly flexible protective topcoat, leaves a satin surface finish, designed to provide a pigmented sealer to the broad wall. It can also be painted over the decorative Uni-Shape® Mouldings so that the same colour continues over the entire wall. |
