Style Limited’s Bamboo Uniclic floating floor was used in Pace Property Group’s latest townhouse development.
A multiresidential project in Melbourne has been significantly enhanced by the inclusion of Style Limited’s exciting prefinished Bamboo Uniclic floating floor.
Developer Pace Property Group utilized as many environmentally sustainable products as possible for the townhouse project. The unique, patented Strand Woven Bamboo manufactured by Australian-owned Style Limited was incorporated extensively throughout the development.
Superior benefits such as fast, fuss-free installation, no glue, no nails, and no messy sanding or coatings made the decision easy, according to project manager Matt Bridgeman: “To find a product that offered strong ecocredentials, with superb hardness characteristics almost double that of the old-generation laminated bamboo flooring, was a major plus for our project. The natural look was certainly a winner on the sales front as well!”
