Keuco offer superior product warranty terms and conditions to other brands in the marketplace.
All Keuco products are covered by a two (2) year warranty from the date of purchase of the product. All surface finishes (eg chrome) except gold plating are warranted for two (2) years from the date of purchase of the product. Gold plated surface finishes are covered by a one (1) year warranty.
A dedicated After Sales & Service Officer is available to answer all queries in this regard
In all cases customers must provide a copy of the purchase receipt as proof of purchase to obtain warranty service.
This warranty is for normal domestic and commercial use only and excludes any defect or injury caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect, accidental damage, improper installation, vermin infestation or other alteration which affects the reliability or performance of the unit not attributable to faulty manufacturer, parts and labour.
