Hansa offer superior product warranty terms and conditions to other brands in the marketplace.
All Hansa products are covered by a five (5) year parts and labour warranty from the date of purchase of the product and a ten (10) year parts warranty on the cartridge. Please note the ten (10) year cartridge warranty only applies to product sold on or after 01/02/1995. Gold plated surface finishes are covered by a one (1) year warranty. All Hansa hoses including flexible shower hoses, retractable kitchen and hairdresser hoses are covered by a twelve (12) month warranty. Kitchen and shower sprays are covered by a five (5) year warranty.
A dedicated After Sales & Service Officer is available to answer all queries in this regard - 1800 060 875.
In all cases customers must provide a copy of the purchase receipt as proof of purchase to obtain warranty service.Â
This warranty is for normal domestic and commercial use only and excludes any defect or injury caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect, accidental damage, improper installation, vermin infestation or other alteration which affects the reliability or performance of the unit not attributable to faulty manufacturer, parts and labour. |
