When leading Queensland commercial builder Hutchinson was looking
for a facade management system to manage glare and maximize building
efficiency, they consulted Somfy. Somfy’s off-the-shelf Animeo system
controls the facade’s 90 blinds through a combination of timers, sun-tracking
software and weather sensors.
To easily meet the IEQ–5 Daylight Glare Control Green Star compliance
criteria, Animeo can be configured to give occupants control over individual
blinds, in addition to a wide range of automated functions.
Satisfied with the

has recently specified an
additional system for a new
