Otis HomeLine

The Otis HomeLine residential elevator is specifically designed for private single residence use. The HomeLine elevator has been modified for compliance to Australian Standard 1735.18.

Example of suitable applications include: a single residential house, townhouse or where only one apartment (with one residence) would be served by the HomeLine.

The Otis HomeLine will accommodate a wheelchair and one additional person (Carer) within the car.

For New or Existing Homes
The Otis HomeLine can be designed into the plans of a new home.  Alternatively the HomeLine can be installed in an existing home.

Otis Gen2â„¢Focus machine-roomless elevator system

The Gen2™Focus machine-roomless elevator system is designed for residential apartment buildings up to 14 floors. Utilising the revolutionary Gen2 operating system and coated-steel belts, the elevator will provide exceptionally quiet operation.

The Gen2™Focus offers the highest level of ride quality available from a machine-roomless system.  The elevator system is tailored to meet a cost-effective budget and will deliver value to every tenant. 

The Gen2™Lux elevator system

The Gen2™Lux elevator system offers the quality ride of the original Gen2™ System with added high-speed capacity. The energy-efficient gearless permanent magnet (PM) machine is isolated and in its own Machine Room Compartment (MRC) to provide an exceptionally quiet and comfortable ride.
