Resistance to Fire
Scyon™ Axon™ cladding is suitable where non-combustable materials are required in accordance with C1.12 of the Building Code of Australia.Scyon™ Axon™ cladding by James Hardie has been tested by CSIRO and is classified as a group
1 material in accordance with Specification C1.10a of the BCA. Scyon™ sheets have the following early fire hazard indices (tested to AS 1530 Part 3).
