...... m2 LUXALON® Aluminium Sun-Louvres 84R consisting of:
Panels made of 0.6 mm thick aluminium alloy, 84 mm wide, 16 mm deep, colour .......... as per the LUXALON® Colour Selector.
Stringers made of Color-Cote 0.9 mm thick aluminium with cut-outs.
Panel support structure made of extruded aluminium alloy with extruded aluminium panel fixing brackets mechanically fixed to the support members by approved screws or rivets.
Supply and fix according to the fixing instructions of Hunter Douglas Architectural Products.
SHORT SPECIFICATION - 70S

Panel support structure made of extruded aluminium alloy with extruded aluminium panel fixing brackets mechanically fixed to the support members by approved screws or rivets.
Supply and fix according to the fixing instructions of Hunter Douglas Architectural Products.
SHORT SPECIFICATION - 132S

Panels made of 0.6 mm thick aluminium alloy, 100 mm wide, 132 mm deep, colour as per the LUXALON® Colour Selector.
Panel support structure made of extruded aluminium alloy with extruded aluminium panel fixing brackets mechanically fixed to the support members by approved screws or rivets.
Supply and fix according to the fixing instructions of Hunter Douglas Architectural Products.
SHORT SPECIFICATION - 150 / 200 / 300
The louvre system shall be LUXALON® Aerobrise (150 / 200 / 300) (fixed / adjustable) system. The supporting framework shall be LUXALON® Facade Beams, all in (powdercoat / anodised) finish, colour ..........
- The louvre blades shall be fixed at 45 between the 1 00mm x 50 frame by the use of LUXALON® reveal plates and stainless steel fixings.
- The louvre blades shall be face fixed at 45 to the supporting framework to give a continuous run of louvre blades by means of the LUXALON® face fixing bracket.
- The louvre blades shall be fixed at the required angle to the supporting framework to give a continuous run of louvre blades by means of the LUXALON® adjustable mounting bracket
- The louvre blades shall be mounted into the supporting frame by means of a stainless steel stub axle bolted through the aluminium end plate and seated into a nylon bush in the frame. The end plates shall be connected by means of a linkage bar. Note all fixings shall be stainless steel.
- The louvres shall be operated by means of a hand crank fixed through the wall to a gearbox mounted on the frame. The gearbox is connected to the linkage bar.
- The louvres shall be power operated by means of a linear actuator pivot mounted on the frame and connected to the linkage bar.
The support framework shall be constructed from LUXALON® (Box Facade Beams / Heavy Duty Facade Beams) using LUXALON® proprietary brackets and plates in accordance with the manufacturers standard details.
SHORT SPECIFICATION - 300RX
........m2 LUXALON® 300RX aluminium louvre consisting of:
Panels made of extruded aluminium, 300mm wide x mm long.
Finish to be selected powdercoat .......... or anodised .......... finish.
Fix the louvre with 4mm aluminium brackets at the required spacing, with stainless steel bolts. Brackets to match louvre finish.
Supply and fix according to the fixing instructions of Hunter Douglas Architectural Products, a division of Hunter Douglas Limited.
