Unique Features
Unique frame and shutter design ensures there are no light gaps around the edges of the panels. This provides the highest degree of light blockage available for any plantation shutter, which means that it is excellent for areas where you need to:
- sleep during the day
- slow down the rate of fading of furniture fabrics in the room
- provide privacy e.g. bedrooms
Unique 89mm louvre design ensures excellent light control. The shape allows the louvres to nest together to offer superior light control. The popular 89mm louvre size means you:
- have an uninterrupted view in comparison to smaller louvres
- get greater air flow
- can appreciate the beauty of natural timber
Patented tilt bar connector as opposed to a standard metal stapling system, allows quiet and superior closure. This means you:
- gain better light control for privacy, heat or light
- are not disturbed by squeaking sounds of the tilt bar moving or rattling in the breeze
Adjustable colour co-ordinated hinges allow installation times to be reduced, while the shutters are suited to your individual needs. The discrete shape, size and colour ensures the shutters remain the visual focus, not the hinges.
Colour Range
- Available in 2 painted finishes - White and Cottage White.
- Available in 3 lacquered Western Red Cedar colour grades - Light, Medium or Dark.
- Available in a red stained Western Red Cedar finish called Jarrah.
Unique to Australia, our superior painted and lacquered finish is only mastered by a few facilities throughout the world. The shutters are painted or lacquered prior to assembly, this allows us to achieve a finish no other shutter company can match by using a spray booth to paint the shutter after assembly. Our painted finishes have up to 7 layers of paint and both the painted and lacquered finishes have been designed to ensure the maximum UV stability available for wood coatings. This means the shutters will look like new for many years to come.
