Sarlon Quartz is extremely wear resistant thanks to its 100% pure PVC wearlayer with added synthetic quartz particles.
While the dense PVC foam backing provides not only warmth and comfort underfoot, but above all, excellent indentation resistance and significant improvement in sound insulation. The glassfibre layer provides excellent dimensional stability and the protective PU coating makes maintenance simple and easy.
An additional biostatic treatment also offers lifelong protection against germs and bacteria an essential feature for those application areas where accidents do happen.
The subtle patterning of the range creates a soft and appealing look, with a choice of 24 colours available.
REINFORCED WEAR LAYER
The double wear layers of SARLON® QUARTZ Legend are 25% thicker than the value required by European standard EN 651 governing floor covering application domains.
It is reinforced by the inclusion of synthetic quartz particles, and is responsible for the durability of the coating in heavy traffic areas while considerably improving resistance to indentation and wear.
This resistance to heavy traffic makes SARLON® QUARTZ Legend particulary suitable for passageways in schools, hospitals and tertiary applications.
CELLULAR BACKING
The foam stucture of SARLON® QUARTZ Legend incorporates the latest technological innovations. It provides 17dB sound insulation and indentation resistance of less than 0.10mm.
Its closed cells and biostatic treatment make the product remarkably hygenic, particularly in hospital environments, offering a lifelong protection against the spread of germs and bacteria.
