FoilboardŽ Insulation Panel is a rigid sheet manufactured from fire-retardant expanded polystyrene with pure aluminium foil laminated to both sides. It is slimline and fits easily into any cavity. There is no building paper used in its manufacture, it is impervious to moisture and will not delaminate.
FoilboardŽ is lightweight, safe to handle and easy to install and, because it contains no hazardous fibres, no protective clothing is required. FoilboardŽ also achieves extremely high acoustic ratings in walls. The most common applications are walls, brick veneer, double brick and precast concrete. FoilboardŽ is also used extensively under timber floors, in cathedral ceilings, factory roofs and sheds.
