Mats will be constructed from natural aluminium tread rails lightly furrowed on the exposed surface to provide a non-skid surface and include rubber support cushions mounted on base of each tread to counter any minor surface imperfections.
Treads are spaced at 50mm centres.

- Carpet will be selected from ________________range.
Heavy Duty MELCOR "ORBIT" Carpet (Range of 12 colours) or "ONTERA" C.S.N. (range of 24 Colours)
- Black ribbed rubber scraping bars
Grey ribbed vinyl (for interior use only).
- Abrasive grit, heavy duty anti-slip (Charcoal)
- Natural coir fibre: allow 10mm clearance above aluminium treads to ensure hinged doors have sufficient clearance.
MATWELL FRAMES will be fabricated from_______________
- 12 x 20 x 3mm
- 20 x 25 x 3mm
- 25 x 25 x 3mm
natural aluminium or brass angle complete with
- Fully Welded Joints or
- 'Clip-in' corner brackets or
- Mitred and drilled for screw fixing.
Install in position so that the upper edge of the frame is flush with adjacent floor surfaces and anchor down as required.
- Ramping strip, 63mm wide, for surface mounted applications X height of mat.
Ramping strip, 50mm wide to suit the 10mm matting system.
SCREED base of mat recess level with inside frame ledge, to support the mat.
