  DTAC TACTILE INDICATORS
  Install, Maintain : Index

As part of the DTACs service standards, each accredited DTAC installer keeps mandatory installation details. These records are completed and reviewed during and after the completion of the works and held on file by DTAC.

The information gathered at Pre installation, during the project and after completion is captured through the DTAC Checklist System that enables DTAC to maintain consistent service standards both during and after a projects completion.

DTAC also offers a Free 24month Customer Care Plan on each Installation that it conducts. The End Clients details are retrieved and the Customer Program is subsequently managed with the Manager of the Facility.

This means that you specify DTAC and DTAC stands by your specification. In an industry that has an unfortunate habit of passing the buck its a relief to know that when it comes to the legalities of tactiles DTAC is with you as long as you want them to be.

Extended Warranty & Maintenance

Through its national infrastructure DTAC has the capacity to install, maintain and recycle. Many Clients are now choosing DTACs extra installation coverage package from 2 to 5 years for the piece of mind.

Being and Australian owned and locally manufactured company DTAC are able to respond quickly to an issue, repair a site if it is damaged or vandalized and complete various reports to ensure your tactile installation in your facility is maintained in accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act.
