THE EQUIPMENT WILL INCORPORATE THE FOLLOWING:

Safety (Optional)

	IRS 70/90/120 As the safety sensor on the pull (hinge) side, the sensor strips monitors the door swing area, i.e. if the door is opening (activated from other side of door) the door movement is automatically stopped to prevent striking person or object on the pull (hinge) side.
	IRS 35 As a safety sensor on the push side, it protects persons or objects from being hit by the door on its' return to close position after (pre-determined max. 60 secs.) dwell time.

• Operator is Fire rated for up to 2 hours when fitted to a 'PYROPANEL' door.

Power Failure

• Doors are still useable as manual door closer under power failure or when programmed off
  OR
  
• When U.P.S. fitted door will drive open and remain open for up to 2 hours under power failure and/or fire signal.

Security

• Floating potential contact standard for locking interface, i.e. operator is compatible with most electric locking systems, including TV100 type.

Drive System

• 240 Volt AC motor to drive OPEN.
• Hydraulic CLOSE.
