CSR has three principle businesses: Building Products, Sugar and Aluminium. CSR Building Products is one of Australia's leading manufacturers - and one of Australia's longest established companies, with a history of over 150 years in Australia.
It has annual revenues of over $2 billion and employs approximately 6000 people in operations throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
CSR Gyprock, an integral part of CSR Building Products, is the leading manufacturer of gypsum based products such as plasterboard, plaster, cornices and associated finishing materials and accessories. Gyprock® supplies a comprehensive range of High Performance products for many applications requiring protection against damp, fire, sound and heat. The product range includes a wide range of decorative cornice.
CSR Building Products also manufactures and markets Australia's newest range of Cemintel™ Fibre Cement Systems for use in a wide range of domestic and commercial applications. The growing range includes Cemintel™ Wallboard for the internal lining of wet areas, Cemintel™ Weatherboards and Cladding Sheet for exterior linings, gable ends and soffits, a range of smooth and textured plank products for exterior cladding, Cemintel™ Compressed Sheet for external facades and wet area flooring and Cemintel™ Texture Base Sheet which is an ideal substance for applied texture cladding systems.
CSR also manufactures and markets PGH clay bricks and pavers, Monier & Wunderlich roof tiles, Hebel lightweight concrete and Bradford insulation. All are leading brands in their product categories. |
