Friday 7th December 2007
|
Breezway have recently taken a leap towards improved customer satisfaction by making sure every Altair™ Louvre Window component or surround frame leaving our factory in Australia, is of the highest standard of quality. The following production tags and stickers have been put in place to:
- Reduce site damage due to keylocked windows being forced open,
- Reduce transit damage, and
- Provide more confidence to our customers in the quality of the products that we supply.
Production Tags & Stickers include:
- A tag to remind tradesmen to unlock the keylock before attempting to open the window using the handle – this tag aims to reduce the amount of damage to our windows, and subsequent inconvenience caused,
- A ‘fragile’ sticker to remind couriers to treat our products carefully – this sticker aims to reduce the quantity of windows damaged in transit,
- A ‘tested’ sticker showing which components of the window have been checked, and
- A sticker communicating that the Powerlouvre™ Window wiring has been tested and is operational,
- A sticker used to identify and indicate which side of the blade is coated with Low E.
