Boral Timber launches Natural Selection promotion
Friday 4th April 2008
|
Boral Timber is launching a new promotion from April 1 until June 30, offering consumers and customers generous rewards on both its solid flooring product the Mountain Range and engineered flooring product Silkwood.
Consumers have the chance to win a $15,000 floor or $15,000 cash back on a floor purchase, while 10 runners up will receive a consultation with a Timber Flooring Specialist in their home. Entry into the competition can be made both in-store or online.
Customers will also benefit with a $50 cash reward onto a debit card for every 100m² purchased from Boral Timber. Customers will start earning rewards as soon as 200m² is reached.
In addition, a lucky draw will take place in five states – VIC, QLD, WA, SA and NSW/ACT – with $500 to be awarded to one lucky winner in each location at the end of the promotion. Once a customer has purchased 100m² of flooring they will automatically be entered into the draw through invoicing. For every 10m2 purchased above the initial 100m², a further entry will be added to the draw.
To support the promotion, Boral Timber has designed a range of in-store collateral including ad pillar sleeves, posters, shelf wobblers and counter stands.
Highlighting Boral Timber’s sustainability message, the promotion will also support the work of Conservation Volunteers Australia (CVA). The organisation celebrates its 20th partnership year with Boral in 2008 and will plant a tree for every 100m² of promotional timber flooring sold by Boral Timber during the promotion.
Boral Timber sources its timber from Australian Forestry Standard (AFS) certified forests, recently acknowledged as the only forest certification that meets the Australian Standard (AS 4708-2007), and is dedicated to supporting good forestry practices with sustainable management. Timber is unique as the only fully renewable building product available on the market today. If sourced from Australian certified forests, there is added assurance that the timber is also a positive solution to climate change.
