eurekaWALL™

Performance

Structural
The EurekaWALL™ system has been tested in Boral Plasterboard’s NATA registered laboratory in Port Melbourne and satisfies the requirements of the BCA specification C1.8 to a maximum height of 3.0m.

EWall 1 meets the requirements of Clause 3.2 for ‘Walls of shafts and fire-isolated exits generally’. (L/240 @ 350Pa)

EWall 2, 3 and 4 meet the requirements of Clause 3.4 for ‘Walls Generally’. (L/240 @ 250Pa).

For other pressures, heights and stud spacings consult Boral Plasterboard.

Fire
The EurekaWALL™ system has been fire tested at CSIRO’s laboratories at North Ryde in Sydney and the performance of the various systems have been assessed in CSIRO’s Assessment Number FCO-2110.

Acoustic
The EurekaWALL™ system has been the subject of a series of acoustic tests at the CSIRO Acoustic Laboratory at Highett, Victoria. The measurements obtained list the RW + Ctr to provide an indication of the low frequency performance of the partition.
