Introducing the new Equideck cold store weather-roof from Bondor... a breakthrough in design!
Our new Equideck cold store weather-roof provides the perfect barrier between the cold room below and nature's elements above.
This is achieved through three innovative system features:
Weather proof capping.
Effective weather-proof capping ensures true weather-proof performance against the elements of nature whilst accommodating thermal movement of the insulated panels.
- Vapour seal.
The durable Bituthane layer applied to the inside faces of the join ensures an effective vapour barrier with the cold room below.
- New expansion jointing system.
Cold store weather-roofs have always had to deal with extreme temperature differentials between the outside and inside skins. This temperature differential causes a relative expansion of the external skin and can compromise the effectiveness of the vapour barrier. Bondor has solved this problem with the new expansion jointing system that allows for thermal movement whilst maintaining an effective water and vapour seal.
Description
Equideck panels are composite sandwich panels which comprise expanded polystyrene (EPS) core with factory laminated steel facing sheets.
- Core
Closed cell EPS with fire retardant additive, SL grade as standard.
- External Facing
0.6 mm CRP grade COLORBOND® pre-painted steel, profiled, 25% gloss in off-white.
- Internal facing
0.6 mm CRP grade COLORBOND® pre-painted steel, plain, 25% gloss in standard off-white.
