Pitch
A Pitch of 3 deg minimum 1:20 is recommended for roofs.
Lengths
Long lengths can be supplied subject to transport and on site handling restrictions. Attention to expansion should be given to sheets particularly over 18 metres.
Cutting
Sheet can be cut using electric shears, nibblers, jig saw with a fine tooth blade (along the length of the sheet) or with a circular saw. The cut should be made from the top to avoid damage to the foil or PVC facing. Core should be taken not to overheat the blade.
Ordering
The following information will be required when ordering: Sheet options such as finish, colour, length, packing type and details of cut back. Other information required:
- The delivery date
- Delivery address phone number and contact. Nearest cross street.
- Delivery time preferred.
- Full company details for invoicing.
- Any special site conditions should also be advised. Access limits or restrictions.
- Lists all accessories and fixings required.
Delivery
Standard Purline® can normally be supplied in 7 working days plus transport from Brisbane, from the date of order.
Compatibility
As is the case with all similar roofing Copper and Lead flashings should not be used, nor should water be discharged from Copper or Lead pipes or gutters onto the roof.
