The Equitilt™ panel is a stressed skin sandwich panel comprising COLORBOND® pre-painted steel skins continuously laminated over a fire retardant treated Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) core. The result is lightweight panel with excellent thermal insulation properties.

Equitilt's™ range of colours, joints and profiles deliver a first class finish inside and out. Equitilt™ is joined with a standard SlipJoint, a tongue and groove type joint originally developed by Bondor. It allows easy and rapid installation whilst providing greater strength in walls and a clean, smooth, aesthetic look.
- ShadowLine SlipJoint
The ShadowLine joint provides a "panelised" look by more clearly defining each panel joint.
- SatinLine Profile
Equitilt™ with a SatinLine profile allows you to achieve a "high tech" appearance. The SatinLine profile provides a fine geometric profile across the skin of the panel.

Description
Equitilt™ panels are composite sandwich panels which comprise expanded polystyrene (EPS) core with factory laminated steel facing sheets.
- Core
Closed cell EPS with fire retardant additive, SL grade as standard.
- External Facing
0.7mm XRW grade COLORBOND® pre-painted ZINCFORM® steel, flat 25% gloss.
- Surface Profiles
Flat and SatinLine profiles (Flat profile available with ShadowLine SlipJoint).
- Internal facing
0.6 mm CRP grade COLORBOND® galvanised steel, off-white flat 25% gloss as standard.
