Project Architect Noel Park of Bligh Voller Nield Architects said, "using Equitilt™ Architectural Walling with a SatinLine profile set in a horizontal plane over an exposed frame was no more expensive than conventional building methods, while it delivered considerable savings in air conditioning plant purchase, and ongoing running costs." "As the panel is pre-painted, no on-site finishing is required of either internal or external surfaces. The direct benefit is accelerated construction time, reduced cleaning and ongoing maintenance." Noel Park first used Equitilt™ at Brisbane's World Expo 88, and has since used the panel on a variety of projects. The 300m2 Centre offers conference facilities for 700 delegates, meeting rooms, two floors of serviced offices, an extensive central display space, an indoor/outdoor cafe and private dining room.
