  Appraisals, Tests : Lysaght klip-Lok® 700

Lysaght klip-Lok® 700
LYSAGHT KLIP-LOK® 700 is made from ZINCALUME® zinc/aluminium alloy coated steel complying with AS1397-G550-AZ150 (550MPa minimum yield strength, 150g/m2 minimum coating mass as determined by the prescribed triple spot test).

The COLORBOND® pre-painted steel used in the manufacture of KLIP-LOK® 700 complies with AS/NZS 2728: 1997, "Pre-painted and Organic Film/Metal Laminate Products".

Spanning Tables
The maximum recommended support spacings are based on testing in accordance with AS 1562 – 1992, Design and installation of sheet roof and wall cladding – Part 1: Metal and AS 4040.1 – 1992 Methods of testing sheet roof and wall cladding, Method 1: Resistance to concentrated loads.

Capacity & Load Tables
The wind pressure capacities are based on tests conducted at BlueScope's NATA registered testing laboratory.

Testing was conducted in accordance with AS 1562.1 – 1992, Design and Installation of Sheet Roof and Wall Cladding, and AS 4040.2 – 1992, Resistance to Wind Pressure for Non-cyclonic Regions.
