ALUCORE® is a very pliable, extremely light aluminium-honeycomb-composite sheet. As opposed to conventional honeycomb composites which use inflexible hard adhesive, ALUCORE® uses a viscoplastic adhesion system. The advantages are better cover adhesion, high damage tolerances and wider options for processing. This high performance honeycomb composite can for the first time be manufactured continuously in response to market and customer oriented product development. This also guarantees delivery capacity and good value for money.
