ALUCOBOND®
Creative advertising - indoors and outdoors ALUCOBOND® is a most versatile and weather-resistant base material for signs, presentation boards and bands. Its smooth surfaces are ideal for screen printing, and three-dimensional displays and presentations are quickly and efficiently made using the routing & folding technique.
Perfect results with large photo laminating: ALUCOBOND® surfaces are absolutely smooth and hence ideal for laminating, even with large format motifs. The perfect surface finish supports professional photo mounting and prevents the formation of air bubbles.
ALUCORE® - a positive sign: Standard ALUCORE® panels for advertising, industrial and three dimensional purposes are delivered with a double coating of polyester lacquer (platinum white) on both sides. The flat surfaces provide an outstanding background for further creativity (e.g. lacquering over, glueing, laminating and screen printing). Additional lacquer qualities (standard and special colours) widen the design options for weather-resistant advertising panels and road signs.
DIBOND® leads the way in sign production:
Not only creative "highlights" have the right to appear on DIBOND®. Extremely flat, smooth white surfaces, or gleaming "aluminium metallic" ones guarantee perfect, rasor sharp screen printing, both on small and large formats, without prior treatment. The uniform coating of paint and good covering when spraying or lacquering is exemplary. Quick application of film and secure film adhesion, save time and your nerves. Easy mounting and good weather resistance are advantages for DIBOND® in all areas of sign production.
DIBOND® leads the way in flat and three-dimensionally shaped displays:
Even when Displays move, DIBOND® remains in shape due to its exceptional rigidity. That is, of course, unless you make the most of the simple pliability of this light composite material. A great variety of three-dimensional shapes can be created by folding and bending. DIBOND® becomes very flexible and, in addition, gains through structural strength.
DIBOND® leads the way in exhibitions and shop fitting:
Be it a panel for the system stand, a ceiling element, a mount for a picture or a three dimensionally shaped product presenter, DIBOND® is so convincing in exhibition and shop fitting because of dimensional accuracy, durablility and simple processing. The exceptional screen printing qualities and film laminate qualities, as well as the easy with which it can be painted, ensure that the desire for colour can be easily fulfilled. Even whole surface film changes leave no trace on the lacquer.
DIBOND® leads the way in professional photo mounting:
In the case of mounting big format photos at an exclusive level, a new material for mounting is claiming ground. DIBOND® SK (self-adhesive) with 2, 3 and 4 mm thick panels is closing a gap in the aluminium composite sheet market, and is being recognised as an extremely attractive alternative sheet material. It really pays to select DIBOND® sheet quality.
