ALUCOBOND® is a composite panel consisting of two aluminium cover sheets (0.5mm thick) and a plastic core. It is produced with various core thicknesses in a continuous process.

One side stove-lacquered finish colours: Refer to PVF2 Colour Chart
Thickness: Standard 4mm
For special applications 3mm, 6mm
Standard Width: 1000, 1250, 1500, 1575mm
Special Width: min 850mm
max 1575mm
Standard Length : 2500, 3200, 4000mm
Length: to customer's specification max 8000mm

Other surfaces on request:
  • both sides mill-finish
  • both sides stove-lacquered
Dimensional tolerances
Thickness mill finish resp. stove lacquered ±0.2 mm
Width -0/+4 mm
Length 1000 - 4000mm -0/+6mm
4001 - 8000mm -0/+12mm

Due to the production process, a displacement of the cover sheets of max. 2mm to one side may occur along the longer sides of the panels if not specially trimmed.
